  • How late can I cancel a lesson?

To cancel a lesson and receive a make-up lesson credit, cancel by 12:00 PM for Monday - Friday lessons, or by 7:00 AM on Saturday for Saturday lessons.

You MUST cancel by using your account to receive the credit. Calls, texts or emails will result as a "Late Cancel" and are not eligible for a credit.

  • I cancelled a lesson by mistake. Can I get it back?

Of course! Just use the credit that you just received to re-book the lesson in your original time. This can be done up to 2 hours prior to the lesson time.

  • What else can I do with my account?

All kinds of stuff! Aside from canceling lessons and using credits, you can upload student pitcures, add student birthdays, update payment info, and communicate directly with your instructor(s), and much more. Click below and watch the full tutorial video!

  • If a lesson falls on a holiday, do I get a credit?

No, but there's a good reason!

During the year, each weekday will have at least 4 and sometimes 5 occurrences in a month, sometimes more than once in a calendar year. Since memberships at DRMA include 4 lessons per month, each weekday will result in having an extra “free” lesson or more during the year. These are offset by our planned closures.

  • We're going on vacation. Can I pause my lessons?

To place a hold on your membership(s) for an extended vacation, tuition for the following month must be paid prior to holding.

You may cancel up to, but not more than 4 consecutive lessons

    •  You will not be paying for, nor receiving credits for those dates.
    • You will keep your current lesson day & time with your instructor.

If you will be gone more than 4 weeks, you can choose to:

    1. Resume regular billing until you return and retain your spot(s)
    2. Cancel your membership(s) and re-enroll (you will lose your spot(s)

Instead of having standard recitals, DRMA holds monthly "Saturday Showcases." These are free monthly events for DRMA student performers of all ages and instruments to show off their skills here on our stage.
